How we can help:

  • Testosterone Therapy

Testosterone restoration therapy (TRT) has gained popularity over the last decade as it sheds the negative connotation associated with unregulated and irresponsible steroid use of the 80’s and 90’s. Prescribed, monitored testosterone therapy properly dosed and administered is a safe and tremendous way for men to feel more energetic, motivated, confident, and sexually charged. After some bloodwork to assess your hormone levels, Mojo offers customized testosterone injections you can administer at home or come into our clinic for. We also offer creams, sublinguals, and hormone pellets.

First and foremost, risk factors and hormone imbalances are addressed that may have been overlooked by previous health care providers. Then, many options can be offered that is right for the patient. We can help you determine the cause of your ED and recommend the best treatment option for you.

  • Weight Management

We don't just prescribe GLP-1's like tirzepatide or semaglutide and wish you luck, we customize your dosage, monitor your progress, and pair you with Kimmie, our in-house nutritionist and personal trainer who ensures you are getting the best out of your weight loss journey.

As both women and men age, our hormones decline. Testosterone is the sex hormone for all of us, but not only does it drive our libido, it greatly affects our mood, muscle mass, bone density, weight, and energy.

Low T, or low testosterone, effects men as early as age 25. Mojo Vitality has a depth of experience with hormone replacement therapy and hormone optimization therapy.

This treatment has grown in popularity in the last decade for men and women. These imbalances or low levels need to be addressed early to preserve cognitive abilities, memory, bone density, hair and skin vitality, mood, libido, and exercise tolerance. Mojo Vitality provides different therapies best fit for the patient.

CAUSES OF LOW TESTOSTERONE IN MEN

Low testosterone, also called hypogonadism, is a condition in which the testicles do not produce enough testosterone. Testosterone is a hormone responsible for a variety of functions, including sex drive, muscle mass, bone density, red blood cell distribution, fat distribution, and mood.

The following factors can lower testosterone:

Age: testosterone levels naturally decline as men get older - about 1-3% every year after the age of 30.

Pituitary Gland problems: This gland in the brain controls hormone production - problems can lead to low testosterone.

Medications: Chemotherapy drugs, opioids, and steroids can lower testosterone levels.

Obesity, chronic diseases, stress, depression, and injury to the testicles can also lower testosterone.

If you are concerned about your testosterone levels, contact us and talk to Mojo Vitality’s doctor that specializes in this area.

Types of ED Treatments at Mojo Vitality

Oral Medications

Indeed, the most sought after medications for ED are sildenafil and tadalafil. You have seen these offerings on TV commercials, online, and in magazines. Your provider at Mojo Vitality can offer a way to get these to you in a cost effective, convenient manner. Arrangements can be made for shipments to your house or other means of pickup. Patients can decide which is the most discrete or convenient for their care. These oral medications tend to be tried first among ED treatment options but do not work for everyone.

Penile Injections

This is much more potent than oral medications and has been around since the 90’s. Your provider at Mojo Vitality has decades of experience with these medications and will educate you on self-administering. Once the patient is confident, typically the medicine is shipped to your house with supplies. Don’t be fooled by ads drawing you in for instant results costing you thousands of dollars. The medications comes in different concentrations and typically referred to as Tri-Mix or Quad-Mix.

Tri-Mix is a combination of three active ingredients: alprostadil, phentolamine, and papaverine. These are all considered vasodilators and work by increasing the diameter of blood vessels and allowing more blood flow to the penis. TriMix is typically dispensed in a vial with syringes to give yourself the injections into a specific area of the penis. Tri-Mix is fast-acting and can result in an erection within five to ten minutes.

Shockwave Therapy

This technology is unique as an in office painless procedure that will improve penile blood flow and erections. Mojo Vitality has a certified trained provider with SoftWave technology which is on the leading edge of shockwave therapy to improve men’s erections.

Utilizing high-frequency, low-intensity sound waves, SoftWave improves blood flow, removes micro-plaque, and stimulates new blood vessel growth. Results can be seen in 6 to 12 sessions each taking between 15 to 20 minutes. For more information, please see the video below.

Other Medication

There are other oral, sublingual or longes or subcutaneous injections that can improve arousal and erections that are hardly sought after, or the public is unaware of. Let your provider at Mojo Vitality educate you on these if traditional offerings don’t meet your needs. These can be a direct shipment to you house.
